SNS Unicorp was established in 2009. Our company is committed to developing new metal forming technologies, including ‘Millipede Forming’, ‘Chain-die Forming’, etc. These innovative techniques are more suitable for the forming and processing of high strength and ultra high strength metal plates. These techniques have entered the industrial stage, are already utilised to process specific profiles in the equipment manufacturing industry, and are also used to form high strength parts in the automobile and rail vehicle industries. Our Technology

Metal Forming Technology includes forging, extrusion, power injection molding (PIM) methods. Our research focus on metal forming technology is about metal sheet fabrication and subsequent processing. At present, metal forming fabrication mainly uses roll-forming technology. Its products are widely used in construction, automobile and oil industries. But roll-forming technology mechanism is quite complex, the relevant research is not fully fledged. Today most forming fabrication uses the simplified analysis method, but its finished products may have distortion, wavy defects, typically when processing high strength plate.

In this area, SNS Unicorp participates and supports research & development of key leading technologies, i.e. on ’Millipede Forming‘ and ‘Chain-die Forming’.
